+ Shift Monday - Friday - 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm
+ Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
+ Currently remote- May have to go into corporate office starting early 2022
+ Good team culture, senior members of the team are aligned with the new members to create a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Always provides the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
+ Provides telephone and e-mail support to customers in resolving more complex shipping, credit, returns exceptions, licensing and returns issues.
+ Follows procedures and guidelines, including external vendors, to provide service to customers to fulfill end to end cycle service level agreements
+ Identifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person.
+ Handles follow-ups with customers to provide the best customer experience.
+ Create CSR's and all tasks associated with customer calls, e-mails, etc.
+ Interacts with associated internal department to resolve issues.
+ Maintains notes in appropriate systems.
