POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter will be part of our growth story. They will act as a talent advisor, working closely with hiring managers across the organization, and be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle for a variety of positions of varying levels.
To be great in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and execute on searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
The ideal candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, research and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Partner with hiring managers to bring in top talent to the organization.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within AMI's mission.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proven ability to leverage your own network, as well as help hiring teams to leverage theirs to locate top talent.
- Experience with driving recruiting metrics and continually improving talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to translate job requirements into compelling job advertisements.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the difference between recruiting and hiring.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years experience recruiting/hiring.
- Previous HR experience highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for exempt positions, up to Director level, in a corporate environment highly preferred.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to sit full-time onsite in our offices in Clearwater, FL.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel up to 5% of the time.
