JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of financial analyses and reporting/statistical processes. Responsible for planning and directing the design, development and implementation of financial models that help evaluate results.. Ensures that all documentation complies with company's policies.. Stays abreast of regulatory changes and adjusts policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create financial models and analyses of financial and operational metrics to evaluate and direct business performance
Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities
Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with business functional teams to help drive growth and efficiencies
Review and present presentations containing financial data
Train and develop a staff to support functional goals
Oversee the month-end Accounting close process within assigned business unit
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
At least ten (10) years experience in accounting, finance or related field
Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
