Description:
The Systems Administrator will play an integral role in our company's Information Technology Department and have a passion for continuous improvement. This position will primarily; administer, set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage the Company's computer inventory. A self-motivated, reliable individual with a keen eye for detail is essential in this position. This hands-on position reports to the Director of Infrastructure and Technical Operations and is in our Clearwater, FL office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Duties and Responsibilities:
· Learns the network environment and the management/implementation of protocols.
· Works to ensure the network is working effectively and is properly maintained.
· Learns to performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
· Will help provide users with network technical support. Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network.
Desktop/Server Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform new user hardware setup. Perform delivery, physical setup, installation, troubleshooting and repair of all hardware and software.
· Install, repair, and maintain various software and hardware. Conduct maintenance on computers, printers, routers, and smartphones.
· Handle service requests assigned and performed within the agreed targets.
· Verify the correct information in the ticketing system has been entered in sufficient detail.
• Conduct hardware relocation and reclaims.
· Receive new computer hardware from vendors and enter new hardware inventory to an asset management database. Maintain IT asset database, update delivery schedules as needed and properly dispose of equipment.
· Handle all shipping/receiving of field computer equipment for onboarding and offboarding activity.
· Assist with computer rollouts, technology refresh and software upgrades.

. Requirements:Education and/or Work Experience
• HS Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree a plus and/or enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program, preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience, required
• 2+ years working with computers and understanding basics of IT, required
Qualification/Skill Requirements:
· MS-Windows 10 Pro, required
· MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), required
· Basic network troubleshooting, required
· Basic computer and peripheral troubleshooting, required
· Excellent English language communication (written and verbal), required
· Active Directory account adds/moves/changes, required
· Manage Engine Service Desk and Asset inventory modules, required
· Manage Engine Desktop Central, required
· Network printer troubleshooting, required
· Communicate and interface with all levels of management, required
· Operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members, required
· Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems, required

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standard.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands/arms and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, talk, and hear.
