Overview

CTDI is seeking an experienced Recruiter. As part of our Workforce Operations team, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring candidates cross-functionally, within the organization. This role can be hybrid, remote and onsite. CTDI is a large-scale logistics repair and engineering company that services the world's largest telecommunications and cable providers. CTDI has over 10,000 employees in over 58 US Operations and a global footprint with more than 19,000 employees worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, while holding a heavy requisition load
  • Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization.
  • Build candidate pipelines and manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Present candidate offer and successfully hand off new hires to the onboarding team.
  • Manage the job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.
  • As required, plan and participate in successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization (both in person and virtual).
  • Maintain reports on the progress of assigned hiring requisitions.
  • Work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change.
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture.
  • Moderate Excel and data entry experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills
  • Possess a customer service focus, with a commitment to creating a positive hiring experience for our leaders and candidates
