Work Hours/Shift:
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Provides guidance for front line leaders for opening requisitions and obtaining approvals
- Interacts daily with hiring managers to evaluate open requisitions, evaluate candidates to fill vacancies, and liaison with recruiters. Review daily applicant report and assist hiring managers with expediting candidates in process and providing feedback to TA partners.
- Collects and analyzes TA data to identify trends and make recommendations for hiring to local leadership team. Assists TA with progress of all candidates reported on "Friday Reports" .
- Works closely with the local schools, building relationships with faculty and students to promote the local market facilities
- Regularly interacts with current, on-site clinical practicum students to build relationships to develop future pipelines of candidates.
- Works closely with the local HR team to understand strategic objectives and how the labor demand can be an integral part of meeting those objectives. This position will physically sit at the local HR office and will work the onsite hours as the rest of the local HR team.
- Works with talent sourcing team to utilize techniques and sourcing resources to locally find health care talent through various mediums including database, networking, associations, social media, referral sources, and online directories.
- Influence potential candidates on the benefits of working in the local market.
- Gather, analyze, and report effectiveness of sourcing strategies to leadership.
- Works strategically with hiring managers reconciling FTEs, open requisitions, and budgeted headcount. Use Workforce Demand Dashboard to find areas of opportunity for workforce planning for future years.
- Partner with Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition for planning and executing on all hiring events both at the facility and offsite. Examples may include: Walk in Hiring events, offsite career fairs/expos, Nurse Resident Open Houses, and college recruiting events.
- Oversees local referral bonus campaigns and acts as a liaison between HR Shared Services and the facility to trouble shoot referral campaign issues or submissions. Champion local facility referral program by creating contests, engagement, tracking and extraction of referral information from local team members.
- Identify local partnerships to develop future pipelines of non-traditional candidates in order to increase the pipeline of healthcare workers.
- Network with local community organizations such as Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, and other business organizations to promote the local positions.
- Partner with local HR team to perform other duties unique to the local market
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required
- 1 Year of HR Experience Required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting
- Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, or Recruitment marketing experience
Job Summary:
Responsible for partnering with local HR functions and community entities to ensure the local market is building long term pipelines for all roles. Acts as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Team in HR Shared Services and the local campus/market. Partners with Talent Strategy to plan and execute on hiring events for the hospital campus and offsite at local schools, career fairs, and expos. Works closely with the local education department on building relationships and creating engagement with clinical rotation students. Acts as liaison to the local hiring managers in the areas of confirming, reconciling, prioritizing requisitions, recruitment and recruitment strategies, and candidate engagement.
