CNC OPERATOR

We are looking for an entry level CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate does not need a ton of experience! We will train an eager candidate that is willing to learn!

Essential Functions

× Assists the lead machinist setting up manual and CNC machinery

× Operates manual and CNC machinery

× Touch off new tools

× Monitor and document tool wear

× Assists in resolving issues arising from operations

× Inspects parts and other materials meant for production

× Works closely with the lead machinist to minimize the failure rate

× Creatively finds solution to problems

× Other job-related duties

Education, Experience and Skills Required

× 3+ years of machining experience preferred (willing to train the right person)

× Must have strong ethics and integrity

× Must have a go-getter attitude with focus on obtaining results

× Ability to utilize great judgement skills to make the right decisions

× Ability to be a team player with focus on positive attitude and constant improvement

× Maintain familiarity with blueprints and drawings

× Ability to follow instructions in detail

× Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time

× Must be detail oriented

× Must be comfortable working on firearms and firearm components

Full-Time position, Day Shift, Monday -Friday
