Job description

As the Behavioral Health Business Development Officer for Rehab Media Network, you will work with the President to develop new business leads and qualify opportunities, in addition to managing day-to-day tasks and operations for the Business Development team.


You will manage the CRM to support all outbound campaigns, assist leadership in reporting and coaching, partner with marketing to align messaging and lead generation tactics.


In addition you will contact prospective buyers via email and phone, provide information to prospects and consultants about our value proposition, and work with the President to close business and ensure all existing clients are satisfied.


Rehab Media Network is a small but growing team with a start-up vibe, so we're looking for self-starters who take initiative and require minimal supervision. This role is vital as it supports the Director's responsibilities and accountabilities for the overall organic performance and success of our suite of websites.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage Business Development strategies that will assist the President in connecting with the appropriate individuals at target organizations
  • Work with the leadership team on monthly and quarterly reporting, optimization tactics and overall management of the team.
  • Assist leadership to ensure all existing clients are taken care of.
  • Represent the company in front of all prospects and existing clients.
  • Set up and hold meetings with prospective customers.
  • Execute email and phone outreach/follow up to leads generated through marketing channels, including conferences, email campaigns, and inbound request from marketing
  • Respond to prospect inquiries, share our value proposition, and qualify leads in health systems market
  • Nurture existing leads to drive progression to the sales funnel
  • Work with data team to ensure all prospects targets are populated
  • Provide smooth & informed transition of qualified opportunities to Sales Directors
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to identify new lead generation channels and support execution as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years sales experience (Required)
  • 2 years outbound business development (Required)
  • 1+ years behavioral health or substance Abuse (Preferred)
  • Email and sales copywriting
  • Strong proficiency in CRM management
  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in sales with proven record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious, detail oriented, self aware and goal oriented
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • Proficient with LinkedIn
  • Contact databases such as Definitive and Zoominfo
  • Proficient in Google Docs and/or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Healthcare industry background with understanding of Substance Abuse
  • Comfortable with technology - comfortable doing a live demo once trained
  • Team player and able to work across the organization
  • 10% Travel required
  • Work location is remote but Florida residence preferred


Compensation: $45K - $55K plus bonus structure based upon performance plus benefits
