We are working on a Treasury Analyst opportunity with an emerging company. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and developing treasury and cash management procedures; this includes cash projections, liquidity requirements and cash flow modeling.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash activities, including preparing schedules of daily activity, determining funding needs, making transfers as needed and preparing cash forecasts
  • Review and prepare bank reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items
  • Manage treasury /cash management functions to include reporting on current cash position and daily liquidity review
  • Maintain active schedules of daily cash deposits to ensure timely receipt
  • Manage treasury/cash management operations and monitor daily cash position and review reporting to senior management
  • Assist with the development, review, and refining of treasury operations related policies and procedures.
  • Develop, analyze, and report Treasury forecasts to management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure bank accounts reflect current signers as approved by management.
  • Monitor all cash collected and cash flow projections.
  • Frequent communications with corporate accounting and senior management

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within a treasury
  • Knowledge and experience with cash management systems.
  • Experience compiling, reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
  • Very strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal, project management and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service oriented environment.
