What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a customer-focused sales approach who is dedicated and motivated about helping our buyers purchase vacation homes for investment or personal enjoyment. Our agents are responsible for generating additional sales opportunities in the local vacation rental market of Destin, FL . This is a unique and fun opportunity for the person who meets our team-oriented standards and embraces creating a great college culture in our Innovation Hub!

What You'll Do

  • Real Estate Sales
  • Employ strategic selling techniques to manage each transaction to a successful close and maintain a high closing ratio
  • Utilize Vacasa tools and support systems to create a memorable experience for our clients.
  • Successfully maintain a lead generation database and CRM to increase sales, create new client relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the vacation rental market
  • Continue to work with your established sphere of influence

Work Environment

We offer an agile work environment when it comes to your workflow and space. The executive team does not dictate where or in what manner work is to be done, but rather, focuses exclusively on the outcomes. You may work from your home office as a virtual agent or utilize one of our offices that we strategically spread throughout the US.

The Skills You'll Need:
  • Active Florida Real Estate Agent License and located in Destin area
  • 2 years related work experience with 5 verifiable sales transactions in the last year
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the vacation rental industry are preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of real estate compliance regulations
  • Self-motivated with a desire to acquire and apply skills and knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Must be tech-savvy and be able to adapt to new and changing software platforms
