We are currently seeking a Real Estate Closer for our Destin office. In addition to a beautiful workplace in Destin Commons, Clark Partington offers the following:

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Real Estate Transaction team, performing the following tasks:

* Maintaining and managing multiple files for multiple attorneys
* Processing real estate contracts from inception through closing
* Assisting attorneys in collecting information
* Organizing and saving documents to document management system
* Communicating with clients, realtors and other interested parties throughout the closing process
* Keeping attorney updated on the progress of contracts and advising them of issues as they arise
* Ensuring post-closing disbursements, filing and other procedures are completed

We are seeking a Closer possessing most or all of the following qualities:

* Organized with great attention to detail
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines
* Advanced understanding of real estate terminology
* Understanding of title insurance, Closing Disclosure (CD), HUD Settlement Statement, deeds, etc.
* Proficiency with SoftPro is a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

* Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* Two to three years of experience closing real estate deals, preferably in a law firm setting
* Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background and credit checks
