Job description

• Professional experience in supporting / leading enterprise infrastructure or applications in a formal enterprise service desk environment

• 2+ years of supervisory and management experience, preferably in an organization with 1000+ customers supporting multiple locations

• Experience and track record of transforming the IT Service Desk to improve delivery and customer satisfaction

• Service Desk technologies & core platforms - Eg: ServiceNow; Fresh Service, ACD Systems - NICE InContact, O365

• Excellent knowledge of ITIL frame works for Service Delivery and service support processes; Thorough understanding of ITIL-best practices and trends.

• Ticketing / ITSM Platform administration desired

• ITIL Foundation Certification required


• Conceptual knowledge of IT enterprise environment relative to Tier 1 & Tier 2 support (LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN connectivity)
