Project Operations Assistant:


Epitome Risk Solutions is seeking a talented Operations Project Coordinator (PC) with a passion for organization & logistics. PC will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Operations Manager/team. PC will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • PC is responsible for assisting Operation manager with client project implementations.
  • PC will use Epitome Risk's best practices and methodologies and work with Operations Manager on future improvements to project management processes.
  • PC will ensure assigned projects are processed /delivered on time and within budget. PC will be supported by supervisor and management team.
  • Operate as support to the operations manager as second point-of-contact for any specific to Epitome Risk assigned projects.
  • Work with Operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of project requirements & implementations according to customer agreements.
  • Review the project requirements and scope and assist Operations Manager (OM) in the development and tracking of project plans, processes, and implementation processes.
  • Provide updates on projects to clients and senior management team.
  • Communicate with clients on project-specific activities, including testing, scheduling, summaries, reports and action items.
  • Support Operations Manager with plans and assist with project implementation.
  • Maintain project-implementation schedule and related documents, for assigned projects.
  • Maintain and update product and Due Diligence documentation with platform/crm.
  • Ensure Due Diligence requests are addressed with the most current and appropriate documentation.
  • With OM, ensure projects have suitable training, implementation, admin and/or user guides.
  • Meets with Supervisor and make suggestions regarding client relationship management, employee team needs, and final project outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Must have skills:

  • Experience with project/team management
  • Experience with risk assessment for TV & Film preferred.
  • Experience managing travel logistics, schedules & strict timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills within multiple platforms and reporting.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000
