What You Will Be Doing:
The Business Development Coordinator supports the business development team for residential and commercial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in all aspects of the sales process to ensure growth and monthly/annual quotas are achieved in the designated market including cold calling and appointment setting.
Coordinates and confirms all details including location, refreshments, transportation, agenda and participants for product demonstrations scheduled at onsite and offsite locations.
Coordinates and confirms all details for internal meetings/product training as needed.
Works with Events Coordinators to provide support with Business Development events including Trade Shows, Information Sessions, Product Demonstrations, and Networking Events.
Attends and assists with the setup, breakdown and general logistics for various events within the region as needed.
Researches opportunities in targeted "on-net" areas to create viable cold leads.
Requests updated fiber maps as new territories develop and identify new target markets.
Enters Sales Leads into Salesforce and track progress; follow up as needed.
Provides support for commercial sales orders including address verification, billing requests, sales documents' modifications, etc.
Assists with transition from the sales process to active account.
Ensures the sales and marketing materials are current and generates ideas for new pieces based on the requirements of the team.
Works with the Marketing Manager to facilitate requests/creation of new materials and/or modifications for existing materials.
Maintains inventory for essential marketing collateral and promotional items.
Requests quotes from print vendors and places orders for materials and/or promotional items.
Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the regional leadership team, including, but not limited to: payroll reporting, expense reports, commission processing, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability and a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting Senior Level and/or C-level executives
Exceptional aptitude with business correspondence, telephone skills, computer expertise including research and data analysis
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Concur)
Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service area
