Customer Service Representative Overview
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Work from Home (Computer Equipment Provided)
Compensation: 18.00-20.00 per hour depending on experience
Estimated Duration: Six month W2 Contract to hire
Days/Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
- Must be flexible with schedule to work either 2nd and 3rd shift
- The first week will be training from 8 am to 5 pm EST. Then you will transition to second or third shift depending.
- Second shift: 2:00 pm EST to 10:30 pm EST Monday through Friday
- Third Shift: Overnight! 10:00 pm to 6:30 AM EST
- Must be flexible for a rotating every two weeks to cover the weekend also. An example shift would be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and off on Friday and Saturday.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles all inbound calls, Support emails, and chats along with providing follow-up documentation
- Prioritizes issues based on business requirements
- Assist with any consultations requested between clients and radiologists
- Communicate any Non-Standard Communications to facilities accordingly
- Communicate any addendums to facilities and providers accordingly
- Provide initial issue triage
- Resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate department (ex. IT, Client Solutions, etc.) according to business requirements
- Document all actions in tickets, including customer contacts and resolution
- Resolve or escalate problems and requests according to issue management guidelines
- Maintain good communication to physicians, facilities, and corporate staff
- Take notes of recurring questions or problems that may be resolved by change in policy or procedure; communicate complaint patterns to management team
- Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 month or more of related experience
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
