Job Title : Finance Business Analyst /Test Lead
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Compensation : Up to $55.00 hourly
Duration: 18 month(s)+

Qualifications:
- Must have 5 + years Finance background as a BA.
- Will work on INFOR ERP implementation project for SAAS Digital Transformation for company.
- Can have relatable Finance ERP experience .
- Will work closely with the Finance team on a day to day as Business Analyst per all Finance ERP modules being implemented
- The person in this role will provide business analysis assistance for ERP Infor Solution for finance accounting functionalities including Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Budget.
- The ideal candidate has participated/supported an ERP implementation.
- She/he has partnered with business owners and cross-functional leader to review financial requirements, document, test scenarios, and recommend solutions.
- This person will be part of the ERP Project Team, supporting the IT Department
- Experienced with business process re-engineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
- Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
- Lead requirements gathering interfacing with customer's business and internal technical teams.
- Supporting Project Manager, with Test Plan, Testing Results, managing test issues through resolution. Coordinating teams to complete test cycle.
- The support planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively prioritize projects - Work with other internal departments to ensure all elements of the SaaS launch come together to support quick adoption by new and existing customers
- Lead requirements gathering interfacing with customer's business and internal technical teams
- Strong overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Must be proactive with ability to think creatively, self-start, work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines / prioritize changing workloads while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization
- Advanced Excel skills
- Effectively manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Infor SaaS-Cloud or On-Prem Experience is a plus.
