Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate Center (CC) management team across multiple divisions and countries in the Americas region. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.In this role, the HRBP will leverage data in a way that drives sound decision making for GBS/CC leaders in the Americas region. Position reports to HRGF Regional Head Americas . Candidates will be required to provide a valid US work permit to be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to all levels of leaders and employees in the region

• Establish solid HR relationships to fully understand the business to define, create, automate processes across Human Resource

• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

• Manage the talent management process for regional service lines and conduct annual Employee Development Reviews (EDR)

• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

• Understand key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise leaders, employees and key stakeholders

• Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices

• Enhance the quality of HR data and management information while working closely with other HR functions

• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers

• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to identify areas for process improvements

• Experienced in data aggregation from different sources to execute quantitative analyses to produce actionable insights for the Human Resources team

• Identify analytic process improvements and complete necessary changes to improve operations

• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership

• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. Performs other related duties as assigned

Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

Ability to use HR, Talent Management, recruitment and engagement information systems to maximize the data and reporting requirements of the function, focused on ensuring quality and usage of data in line with data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • BS/BA degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field and 5+ years work experience with Human Resources or related processes (e.g., talent management, performance management, employee relations, facilitation, data analytics, etc.).
  • Data analysis, with experience in dashboards/scorecards and database querying (eg. PowerBi, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong or expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite of tools Excel (Expert - Strong V-lookup skills, Pivot tables, macros, VBA coding), PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong technical and quantitative analysis background
  • Multi-lingual -Fluent in English and Spanish is required.Portuguese is beneficial.
