Job description
Human Resources Coordinator
Coordinates and administers a variety of HR related responsibilities, including but not limited to record keeping, project coordination, employee communications, HR administration, etc.
Overall Requirements:
•1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related field
•BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Interest in working in a progressive HR function in a professional services environment
•Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
•Ability to multi task
•Ability to effectively respond to inquiries
•Experience in a HRIS system, preferably PeopleSoft
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Ability to think critically and problem solve on a daily basis
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide support through entire pre onboarding process including creating and sending offer letters, employment agreements and other paperwork
•Coordinate office space and I 9 processing for New Hires
•Manage and send post start documents for new employees
•Update Organizational Charts for internal Knowledge Library
•Perform data entry into PeopleSoft and/or other applicable software
programs for New Hires
•Mail AMEX cards for new hires
•Harassment Training reporting and monitoring
•Send and track compensation plan updates
•Back up for processing back end of terminations including sending notices to appropriate team members and working with IT, Payroll and PeopleSoft team
