Time Out Communities is a growing organization comprising of 31 mobile home parks across North Carolina and Illinois. Founded in 2017, Time Out is a privately held company based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. The company has grown to become one of the top 100 mobile home park operators with over 2,500 units and plans to double in size this next year.

Position Summary

National Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of properties by implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property manager to meet financial goals and achieve performance objectives. As a growth focused company, we are seeking a goal-driven individual that is a self-starter and not afraid to face challenges.

Essential Functions

  • Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day property management with oversight responsibility for management of the properties within the geographic region.
  • Drives team to achieve occupancy and collection goals.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting for the portfolio including vacancy and budget variances, staffing needs, upcoming inspections and others, as needed.
  • Inspects properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained; evaluates maintenance and grounds operations are efficient and run accordingly. Conducts periodic inspection of vacant mobile homes for market-ready condition.
  • Assists in or develops corrective programs for properties, when needed.
  • Supervises and coordinates preparation of annual operating and capital budgets; monitors and makes recommendations on budget performance and prepares monthly or quarterly summary report of same.
  • Trains and ensures Community Management Teams are utilizing OneSite efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Required to travel 50% to 75% of work week
  • 2 years experience within property management
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills.
  • Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions.
  • Spanish fluency is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Property management: 2 years (Required)
