Job description

A services company in Florida is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all recruiting efforts for the company.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all recruitment efforts at all sites
  • Posting job ads and recruiting potential employees via recruiting websites, job boards, job fairs, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and other sources
  • Building, creating, and utilizing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates
  • Screening candidate resumes based on position requirements
  • Conducting phone screens for non-exempt roles
  • Administering pre-hire employment assessments
  • Scheduling job interviews through MS Outlook and assisting in interview processes
  • Arranging candidates' travel
  • Maintaining candidate files: applications, resumes and interview evaluations
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking database
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Recruitment and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Familiarity with Job Boards
  • Experience using different recruiting CRM software platforms
  • Experience with ADP Payroll
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired skills
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of SAP
