InBloom is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help determine the strategies and initiatives the company should be pursuing to best achieve its growth objectives. They must be able to work closely with employees at all levels throughout the company, from Operational and Clinical staff to departments in the Clinical Support Center (CSC).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounting Manager and CFO in the company's Budgeting and Forecasting process, including working with Operations and CSC Departments to develop metrics based, bottoms-up projections.
- Manage the entire weekly cash flow and the forecasted 52 week cash flow
- Reconciliation and analysis of all company paid benefits to ensure proper deductions from employees and billing from insurance providers
- Analysis and trending of company performance, including:
- Rate analysis
- Payor Mix trends
- Hours analysis
- Market trends
- Knowi Reporting, including converting existing KPIs in monthly reporting into charts and graphs.
- Support the monthly close process as needed
- Various Adhoc analysis as needed.
- Complete and send out Weekly KPI Reporting
- Build quarterly forecast models
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- BS in Business Administration required (BS in Finance and MBA preferred)
- 2-3 years Financial Analysis experience
- Able to work with large data sets (experience with VBA and advanced Excel preferred
