Responsibilities & Duties

As a social media intern, you will support the MSHS Group's brand story connecting with customers and industry stakeholders through engaging content delivery. Aspiring to have a career as a marketing or communications professional where your creative, organizational, and social savvy skills will make a difference then read on to learn how you can become a part of the MSHS Group:

  • Support the MSHS Group's digital brand strategy through social platform deliveries
  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar
  • Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and text content for placement on social platforms
  • Moderate social channels driving traffic, growing engagement, and elevating the MSHS brand
  • Illustrate your success through analysis and campaign reporting
  • Monitor brand and divisional social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter capitalizing on trends and engagement opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
  • Junior/Senior (HS) or college undergrad education required
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Understanding of social platforms and business marketing
  • Understanding of performance indicators (clicks, conversions, and leads)
  • Copywriting and grammar/editing skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact in a business/office setting
  • Position requires the ability to multi-task, manage time, and deliver on commitments
  • Prior experience in marketing, promotional, or customer service preferred
  • Collaborative/team mindset
