  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand the target talent profiles (skills/experience) and future needs based on open requisitions and attrition. Create sourcing strategies that will uncover talent pools for high profile and/or hard to fill roles while growing a diverse candidate pool.
  • Use a range of sourcing and competitive intelligence tools to develop lists of target companies and potential candidates for active and future roles.
  • Use personalized messaging across modalities (email, inmail, DM, phone, text) to engage potential candidates for roles with GameStop.
  • As a member of the TA Team, advocate for new tools that will increase effectiveness in sourcing and candidate engagement.

WHAT A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE:

  • You are resilient, have grit and get things done. We appreciate people who don't overcomplicate things, have a bias for action, can think strategically but know how tactics will land operationally.
  • It's in your DNA to work hard, to be detailed, to think two steps ahead and to be aware of any pro's and con's of decisions you make downstream.
  • You've worked in a fast paced, tech environment, understand urgency and thrive in ambiguity.
  • 5+ years talent sourcing or combination full lifecycle recruiting/talent sourcing experience. This should include sourcing in Tech (e.g., SW Engineering, Product, Devops).
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling, personalized copy that sparks measurable levels of passive candidate engagement.
  • Boolean proficiency. Experience working with candidate sourcing and engagement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Seekout, Hiretual, Eightfold) required. Knowledge of open web search techniques.
  • Diversity sourcing and Tech company (eCommerce, SaaS) experience a plus.
  • BA/BS, or equivalent experience.
