Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Type: Full-Time
Department: HR - Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager (Corporate)
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with outbound recruiting efforts. The TAC will assist with candidate sourcing through multiple outlets, such as: Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Handshake, University Job Boards, Social Media, Virtual Information Sessions, etc. The TAC will provide total support to all potential employees by assisting them through the application process by answering questions and ensuring all components of their application is completed. The TAC is also responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and internal projects for the Talent Acquisition (TA) Department, as directed by TA Management. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with tasks in the Workday ATS, overseeing recruitment event registration and marketing material inventory, conducting market research, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Field any questions from potential candidates and applicants regarding the application and recruitment process
* Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate care throughout the hiring process. This includes email and phone correspondence with candidates as needed to provide completed applications
* Responsible for lead follow-up through external platforms: Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Handshake, and Information Sessions
* Assist with overseeing global marketing, social media strategies, and employee referral programs
* Assist with relationship management with university key contacts through consistent communication and engagement as directed by the Regional TAM
* Assist the Talent Acquisition Managers with market research and developing action plans as needed in order to build and sustain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
* Responsible for the promotion and scheduling of all virtual informational sessions and assisting the TAM with presenting as needed
* Manage and schedule Handshake campaigns by market based on the direction of the TAM
* Oversee recruitment event registration and marketing material inventory
* Assist with any additional projects for the TA Department as needed
* Assist with tasks in the Workday ATS
Required Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or some college preferred
* Recruiting or relevant work experience preferred. Knowledge of marketing and social media is a plus
* Possess strong computer skills and be adept in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Possess excellent organizational/project management skills with close attention to detail
* Possess strong written communication skills including proper grammar, spelling, and good overall writing ability
* Possess excellent verbal communications skills
* Display exemplary work ethic and professionalism, and demonstrate adequate maturity, patience, and a caring attitude
* Must be team oriented with a desire to work and collaborate with other individuals
* Must be results driven
* Demonstrate compliance with all department and company policies and procedures
* Demonstrate ability to communicate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization, as well as with external contacts
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days vary Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, as needed.
Travel
Intermittent travel is required. Travel will vary within an assigned region and will be determined by the needs of the company.
