Job description

This dynamic role will be responsible for coordinating Latin American and Caribbean Region (LACR) internal and external customer training delivery requirements and providing support for both System Integration (SI) and Non-SI training projects. The person filling this role will be responsible to coordinate customer training projects to ensure they align with MSI strategy and critical customers. This role will work with field teams and the internal Worldwide Education team to ensure customer requirements are appropriately captured and internal processes are being followed consistently. This individual will also act as the primary face to MSI customers in the region, primarily Brazil when capturing customer training requirements as needed. Act as the liaison between the customer and field teams in the region and the global Worldwide Education teams to ensure communication is timely and effectively handled to meet customer training requirements. Ensure customer training data integrity and accuracy for all customer training requests submitted. Manage internal tickets to resolve all customer's requests satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Issue training reports to internal teams and customers as required.

Other key focus areas for this role:

• Engage with, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, SI, Service, and Post Sale as well as with customers when required.
• Participate in planning, strategy, staff and other key meetings with internal teams to have a clear understanding of the regional training operations, schedules, and processes.

• Work closely with regional education team of instructors and staff to offer support and provide accurate and timely information of projects being handled

1.- Bilingual Portuguese - English being Portuguese the primary language
