Qualifications

Your Skills - Show Us What You Got:

  • Traveling needed to support multiple locations throughout Florida.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful property manager at a 250+ front door community.
  • Strong understanding of financial plan with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively.
  • Dedication to leading, mentoring and developing teams.
  • Detailed eye for curb appeal!
  • Ability to recommend community enhancements to increase occupancy or stay competitive in the market.
  • Strong technical skills. Experience with Entrata a plus!
  • Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of general lease criteria and how to implement or enforce.
  • Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income.
  • A leader who leads by example!
  • Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences.
