Job description

The Administrative Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. The candidate will be responsible for important procedures within a small team of professionals in order to maintain the company performing efficiently in a fast pace environment and achieving the best results for clients. The applicant should have an interest in the financial industry, great people skills, a disciplined personality, and a detailed oriented work ethic. We believe in building and investing in our employees' careers in order to grow with and within our firm.

Main responsibilities:

· Account opening & maintenance

o Coordinate with customers and custodians to open accounts

o Maintain detailed and updated records of all the existing and new accounts

o Assist clients with online access and general account service

· Transfer of Assets

o Coordinate with customers and custodians to transfer financial instruments

o Cash transfers - including wire, check deposits, and recurring ACH transfers

· Investment subscriptions

o Coordinate with customers and alternative investment managers to subscribe to new investments according to advisor's recommendations

o Maintain detailed and updated records of all the existing and new investments

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree related to business.

· Bilingual: English and Spanish.

· Experience in administrative roles.

· Highly skilled in Microsoft office.
