Role Description
The Marketing Director will be responsible for structuring the marketing team, creation of the overall Marketing Strategy & leading the execution plans.
- Define the Digital Marketing Strategy direction over the next 2-3 years.
- Build, Scale and run a progressive, multi-channel direct to consumer marketing organization driven by P&L results.
- Marketing Communication Channel Strategies for Existing & Conquest Business.
- Create Brand Awareness Campaigns to promote Product & Service Offering globally.
- Identify and implement the process of Measurable marketing metrics.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to members of the Marketing team.
Access existing network in automotive; tech; journalism to promote our brands and create events around key messages.
Envision and lead the execution for a multi-channel marketing strategy for key territories.
Build a pipeline of talent internally and externally to fuel the growth of the business developing appropriate plans for key talent.
Develop omni-channel eCommerce strategy to support key channels.
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 progressive years in the Strategic Marketing Leadership role.
- At least 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing Strategy; SEO/SEM; Marketing Data Analysis and Reporting; New Vehicle Product Positioning and Branding
- Ability to optimize and manage Marketing Budgets
- Deep understanding of business in LATAM & Caribbean markets (other international markets would be a plus)
- Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Intrapreneurial mind-set for out of the box marketing tactics and direction
- Ability to manage a team of at least 5 Marketing Professionals
- Understanding of CRM & Loyalty Programs
- Nice to have: Marketing experience with B2B marketing Platforms and access to a wealth of Network Contacts e.g., Journalists, Graphic Designers, PR & Events experts.
- Loves thinking outside of the box to build something different, comes up with a new way of seeing things differently to improves our processes.
- Adapts to changing deadlines and priorities; thrives in an environment where change is consistent and overseeing multiple projects at once is a must.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred.
- Master's degree a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
