Job description

We are looking for someone to lead our next phase of growth. TheGrint, is a leading mobile app for golfers with a strong community with mid-hundreds of thousands of active users per month.

The Head of Growth would be responsible for generating traffic and converting it down the funnel. While most of our growth is driven by our own community and internal initiatives, this role also involve managing our marketing budget and agencies.

Our performance is data driven and we live through KPI's. We would be constantly looking at our performance through our funnel metrics.

Skills Involve:

• Internal Growth Initiatives (driving growth through flywheels in the app)
• ASO (App Store Optimization), SEO, PR, Paid Digital Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Social Media
• Content Generation and Newsletters
• Branding and driving the community culture
• Communication Ecosystem Management (in-app notifications, push notifications, automatically triggered emails, in app content cards, etc)
• Management skills

Plus Skills (better but not needed)

• Being a golfer or understanding golf
• Braze (or similar for Communications), Tableau (or similar for KPI Dashboard), Photoshop (or similar)

While we offer flexibility, we are looking for someone on-site with a proactive attitude and ability to engage in problem solving and brain storming at any point.

We work hard but always with a purpose, we are objective driven not time-working driven. But realizing that there is always more ways in which you could be adding value.

Our office culture is relax and fun. You will (sometimes) need to ignore the sound of golf balls being hit against our golf net, or join them.
