Agency Manager
We are seeking a proven, highly motivated leader to build, develop and grow our local sales teams in a community-focused environment. As an Agency Manager, you would meet local business plan objectives by:

  • recruiting and selecting talent to build a highly successful team.
  • training, coaching and developing Sales Managers
  • executing the Company's systems and processes
  • developing and implementing local, community base marketing programs
  • creating a culture of associate development and retention
  • acting in the capacity of a Registered Principal overseeing the investment activity of Registered Representatives in your office

Job Requirements:
Characteristics Essential for Success
Our most successful Agency Managers have the following characteristics:
  • Strong track record of success recruiting and leading a team of Staff Managers and Financial Representatives in the financial services and insurance industries for 3+ years
  • Possesses a solid understanding of financial services and/or sales processes, advanced sales concepts, product knowledge and demonstrated successful experience selling financial products.
  • Life & Health, Series 6 and 63 licenses are required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
