Position: ALDO SALES ASSOCIATE/CASHIER Location: Aventura Job Objective: Provide prompt and courteous to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service to promote the company's image of quality and professionalism. Job Duties: Complies with all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manger and Assistant Manager. Ensures that special orders are handled efficiently. Practices professional salesmanship according to company policies in order to achieve maximum personal and store sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Job Duties for Cashier: Operates the POS register efficiently. Adheres to and enforces Loss Prevention and security policies, credit card policies and procedures. Job Duties for Stock: processing of all store shipments and administration of recalls. Ensures daily maintenance and housekeeping of stockroom area. Verified accuracy of incoming / outgoing product. Performs other duties assigned by the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent formal education. Related work experience: three months of selling experience (retail or service industry) Physical requirements able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 35lb. Other Qualifications: excellent verbal and written communication skills, Service oriented, Team Player, Fashion oriented, willing to work retail hours. Detail oriented.
