Job description
*Job Responsibilities*
1. Develops effective regional metrics for evaluating associate performance, training and development; develops regional metrics to assist with the analysis of operational processes
2. Analyzes HR and business performance data for insights and trends; compiles and shares results/findings
3. Manages the pre-employment assessments with vendors to develop specialized assessment tools/systems, processes metrics
4. Generates standard and ad hoc reports using the human resources information systems, applicant training system, performance management system, and learning management system
5. Creates programs and human resources information systems related training guides/SOPs for end-users
6. Runs data analysis and assists with conducting periodic process audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
7. Works with the local HR Directors to track and trend processes related to human resource information systems to execution and to problem solve when necessary
8. Conducts compensation analysis and benchmarking studies. Makes compensation recommendations
9. Performs job analysis, evaluation, and internal leveling of job descriptions to ensure both external competitiveness and internal equity
10. Serves as a regional system administrator for various human resources information systems and programs. Liaison between the Shared Services Team and the region
11. Works on special projects and programs within the HR department as assigned

*Education & Experience*
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related experiences/project management with broad exposure to HR and business processes
· Minimum 1 year of experience in HRIS Systems including data mining, manipulation, analysis and/or report development
· Project Management experience strongly preferred

· Must possess and demonstrate attention to detail, pursuit of accuracy and compliance
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a high degree of initiative and creativity are required
· Knowledge of human resource information systems, performance management system, learning management systems, and applicant tracking systems
· Must be able to research information and use technical tools to analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
· Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
· Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships
· Knowledge of human resources management, principles, and current best practices/trends
· Possess strong team and customer focus and must demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage projects and customer relationships
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as, VLOOKUP, IF, and Nested functions, as well as Pivot Tables
· Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to appropriately escalate, negotiate, resolve conflict, and manage change
*Tools & Equipment Used*
Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
*Physical Requirements / Working Environment*
This position works under usual office conditions. The associate is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
