POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Analyst II serves as the designated system administrator/subject matter expert for Compliance 360 (C360), SecondLook, and PolicyTech, while working with the internal/external business partners to efficiently streamline operational processes either through analysis of existing functions and/or automation.

* Partner with department leadership to oversee all implementation efforts for C360 modules: Legal/Compliance, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Audit, and overall Maintenance.
* Develop/Create tools in C360 to automate manual processes currently performed by business units.
* Manage/Serve as designated point of contact for all C360 and PolicyTech operational issues and performance.
* Develop/Enhance module components in C360 to help streamline processes with current participating business partners (Human Resources, Vendor Management, and Legal)
* Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives levels of software access.
* Setup and configure C360 and SecondLook audits to support internal users for each testing cycle.
* Partner with department leadership to oversee all SecondLook audit companions, workgroups and executive reporting.
* Create/Develop weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual dashboard/ad hoc reports for senior level management.
* Coordinates and manages all user-based test scripting for current/new C360 modules.
* Build/Compile reports data for C360, TenA, and PolicyTech with the ability to present to department leadership.
* Oversee the maintenance of all user accounts and authentication for Compliance 360 and PolicyTech.
* Assist the compliance, in-line quality assurance, quality assurance monitoring, and quality control teams in identifying opportunities for improving business processes through systems and/or software changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop/acquire new systems and/or operational changes; assists in the cost-benefit analysis of a recommended solution(s); plays a lead role in the execution of the selected solution(s), including monitoring of key milestones for delivery and end-user training.
* Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data using complex SQL query statements and advanced database tools.
* Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, IT, line of business leaders, software developers, consultants and others in the analysis, configuration, testing and maintenance of software to ensure optimal operational performance.
* Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
* Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering C360 and QC software.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 5 years of loan servicing experience or quality control experience preferably in the areas of default loan servicing. Requires basic understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies, preferably at the system administrator level.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft tools - Power BI, Project/Project Server, Team Foundation, Excel, Access, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Exchange; internet software; database management; database design and controls; and mortgage loan servicing systems. This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in Compliance 360 as a system administrator.
