CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in JACKSONVILLE, FL. THIS IS NOT A W-2 EXEMPT POSITION.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced environment where you will be multi-tasking so every day will bring something different. This role will also work in a diverse team environment and receive monthly coaching to ensure your success in this role.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Principal Expectations:
  • Work with customers both directly in a phone-based environment and indirectly through research and letter fulfillment to resolve account issues or concerns
  • Complete account analysis, and handle monetary transactions
  • Responsible for following regulatory guideline and internal service level agreements in a timely fashion
  • Work in a fast pace environment where you will be multi-tasking so every day can bring something different
  • Deliver world class customer service by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly attitude.

Mandatory Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required - Associate or Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills to problem solve and help your customer
  • Think independently and work in a fast-pace environment on various complex tasks, reports or assignments
  • Adaptable to versatile changes within different work groups
  • A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service - you are a helper.

  • You bring a strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete objectives.
  • Prior experience in customer service, financial services or similar industry preferred.
