Job description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Scheduler for our Pensacola location. Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong customer service skills, is MS Office savvy, previous scheduling experience and loves a fast-paced environment!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and confirming delivery appointments.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues and concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to; proofreading and editing documents, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Ability to use computer for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other computer applications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Good memory
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills; MS Office knowledge a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
