Digital Asset & Money Movement Product Manager - Wealth, Investment & Retirement Solutions

As a Digital Product Owner, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class experiences and solutions across our client and associate facing channels. Day-to-day, this means owning specific client and associate functionality for our complex and evolving enterprise money movement platform. This includes collaboration within digital delivery & design, across the chief digital executive orgs, lines of business, and technology groups that we partner with to outline and architect solutions meeting the needs of our complex problems. You'll be point for delivering prioritized epics, executing the technical enhancements from requirements to testing, performing ongoing maintenance, listening to client and associate needs while articulating and assessing their priorities, and providing subject matter expertise across wealth, investments & retirement solutions as it relates to digital money & asset transfers. You will also identify and propose solutions to help mitigate risk to both our clients and the firm as a result of our push to digital
Enterprise Role Overview:
• Independently initiates and/ or leads e-commerce/ initiatives, channel strategies, and research projects.
• Works closely with business partners in creating new e-commerce solutions
• May provide guidance to junior staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
• Tap into competitive analysis and intel to keep the digital first motto thriving.

• You have a passion for digital and experience working on consumer facing digital products in highly regulated industries.
• You think about what is coming next and have a vision for where we need to go. In money movement, this may mean understanding industry standards and defining enterprise solutions,
• You excel in a fast-paced environment independently by earning respect of your partners.
• You enjoy and find success driving consensus across functional teams (technology, UX, legal, risk, compliance, client facing channels, marketing, and product).
• You have the unique ability to get into the details and work through challenging problems, but are able to communicate across the organization at varying executive levels regarding your product.
Qualifications
Required Skills: 'MUST' have these skills to be minimally qualified.
• Five+ years web or mobile ecommerce design experience and a strong understanding of design principles
• Five+ years as Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Project Manager
• Five+ years' experience in financial services
• Strong knowledge base regarding digital money movement / transfers, with exceptional problem solving skills
• Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and critical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• BS or BA required
Desired Skills:
• Strong understanding of Wealth, Investment & Retirement business and segment priorities
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies of project management
• MBA
