Overview
You will primarily be responsible for project management of multiple projects, including creation and management of the project plans and documentation of high level and detailed business requirements related but not limited to process, functionality, and workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet required scope and are appropriately constructed and governed. You will apply appropriate application of the project management framework, ensure timely escalation of risks and issues, appropriate management of dependencies, and provide a consistent audit trail over delivery assurance and project artifacts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of various size and complexity by creating and managing detailed project plans
- Create and maintain the annual roadmap of FCO initiatives
- Facilitate prioritization of FCO deliverables
- Proactively highlight and, where appropriate, escalate key delivery risks and issues to the control effectiveness director - providing an independent view of project and program health; deliver FCO projects on time, with complete and approved artifacts that address the spirit of the deliverable
- Establish a framework and KPIs to allow oversight and reporting on tangible risk-reducing delivery that benefits business as usual in a measurable way; liaise with applicable stakeholders, including global and regional Operations, Data, Technology, DFS 504 and Business teams, to ensure appropriate ownership of deliverables and associated risks and issues and drive the team to resolution in like with project commitments
- Contribute towards the weekly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc FCO management reporting requests
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Relevant professional experience in AML or related functions such as program management, audit or risk and controls testing
- Understanding one or more of the business areas of investment banking, corporate banking, trade finance, asset management, and/or wealth management
- Operational knowledge of AML transaction monitoring lifecycle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAMS certification is a plus
