The Finance Director, WW Financial Planning & Analysis is a key leadership role within the Vision Finance organization partnering across the WW franchise to ensure robust financial planning and delivery of financial commitments. This role will be a critical partner to the J&J Vision CFO and various leadership team members. The position will report to the Sr. Finance Director, J&J Vision Franchise.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead Vision Care Financial Planning and Analysis for a $3.4b WW business the operates in a highly complex matrix structure including:
• Process leadership including coordination of timelines and requirements
• Lead target setting in partnership with global leadership
• Summarize financials and insights in partnership with cross functional partners and regions including planning, actuals, quarterly investor relations and monthly NTS.
• Oversee all corporate submissions to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a robust compliance environment for the US Vision Care company in partnership with global services including robust SOP's, ensuring a compliance focused environment, regular review of all financials (P&L, BS & FCF) and issue resolution. Furthermore, this role will partner globally to share and leverage best practices.
• Lead various financial analysis and trade off discussions in partnership with cross functional partners focused on driving profitable growth. Examples of analysis can include competitive analysis, return on investment and optimizing for growth.
• Lead and develop finance organization including direct and indirect reports. Drive WW organizational health initiatives focused on standardized processes, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; A major in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics or Economics preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance/accounting or marketing/portfolio analysis is required.
• A CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Analytics, Portfolio management, Business Planning, Sales/Marketing Team Financial Support is preferred.
• Knowledge and use of financial business software (i.e., BPC, JDE, SAP, BRAVO, & SOX Compliance knowledge) is preferred.
• A successful track record for business results is a must
• Framing and communication skills are required.

• This position is located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 15% travel both domestic and internationally.
