Enterprise Overview:

Provides technical and analytical support in a GWIM operations function for one or more product areas such as funds transfer, collateral mgt/margins, corporate actions, static data/data management, control, trader support, clearance/settlement, documentation/confirmations, customer service, new accounts, client valuations, document processing or statement/billing processing. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exception handling and working with multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. May participate in projects and/or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes. As a technical expert, acts as a unit advisor providing technical support to less experienced associates. This role typically requires 3+ years experience in operations functions and a thorough working knowledge of the operational aspects of transactions and products.

LOB Description:

The Retirement Onboarding and Operations teams within Wealth Management Operations provide onboarding, plan maintenance and operational support for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients for product lines offered through Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS). The 401(k) Benefits Processing team within Retirement Onboarding & Operations is responsible for administering 401(k) plans for a large number of employers, including many Fortune 500 companies. The team assists internal partners to facilitate requests originated by 401(k) participants and by the plan sponsors of the companies we service. This team is responsible for accurately creating and reviewing 401(k) financial transactions involving stock, money market, and mutual fund trading. Daily functions include processing withdrawals, funds transfers, QDRO & beneficiary transactions, contributions and loan repayments within the Service Level Agreement timeline for our clients. Team members should expect to learn the 401(k) product as well as the skills needed to build a strong foundation for a career in financial services. The GWIM Sr. Operations Analyst must demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude, while displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
