This is a remote position based out of Jacksonville, FL with occasional travel opportunities. Healthcare recruiting experience is required and experience recruiting in the mental health field is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position with outstanding potential for growth and development.

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and be a representative of Refresh and our care centers across the county to prospective candidates. You will focus on attracting and onboarding outstanding mental health professionals including licensed mental health therapists, psychologists, social workers, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and other positions as needed to support our vast network of care centers in your assigned region.

Most of all, you will be an enthusiastic and creative team player who is able to produce results while also working independently. You will be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Utilize job boards, resume databases, professional associations, and networking to contact potential candidates for our openings via email, text, direct mail, phone, and other contact methods
  • Serve as the point of contact for clinical directors and practice managers regarding candidate activity, recruitment status reports, and open recruitment needs
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned centers
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future needs
  • Post and manage jobs within our ATS and ancillary job boards
  • Work alongside our Talent Sourcing Specialists to help craft and implement a creative sourcing plan
  • Seek out creative strategies to connect with high caliber talent
  • Be an enthusiastic representative of Refresh Mental Health and our expansive network
  • Build relationships and partnerships with the talent solutions team to share in strategy, best practices, and further solidify as one team
  • Prepare and submit reports related to recruitment activity to the regional manager
  • Attend virtual team meetings
  • Connect with regional talent solutions manager to anticipate talent needs and provide feedback from candidates to ensure RMH remains competitive in the market

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Excellent sourcing skills- knowledge of job boards, databases, etc
  • Team player who is able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
  • High degree of integrity
  • Ambitious & results-driven
  • Organized with solid time-management skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong technology skills to include Excel, Social Media, Job Boards and ATS or CRM

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience will be considered
  • Additional certifications in Healthcare or Physician Recruitment a plus

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years or the equivalent of experience in healthcare recruitment required
  • Experience recruiting in the behavioral health field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a remote work environment strongly preferred
