Roles and Responsibilities
Individuals who are responsible for owning and/or managing aspects of employee relations and HR strategy execution. Includes contributors who oversee digital portals and platforms in support of digital efficiency strategies.
Advises employees, people leaders or other members of the HR function regarding approaches, processes and procedures to solve complex issues in a timely fashion; Maintains satisfactory net promoter scores from customers/clients/employees.
Ability to adjust communication/Influence style to effectively communicate with employees at various levels from hourly manufacturing to senior business executive to solve complex HR issues collaboratively. Delivers timely, high quality and impactful employee communications focused on educating, motivating and engaging employees across the business.
Coach and guide leaders and management. Drive accountability for team development, performance coaching, engagement and empowerment to people leaders in support of culture shaping in line with *** core values. Effectively facilitate New Manager Assimilations sessions to drive organizational efficiency and efficacy.
Supports the application of fair, compliant and consistent decisions that advance the values and business results across the enterprise.
Led/Participate in employee relations investigations; ensure documentation is legally sound, compliant and properly archived to support future actions (if needed).
Mitigate legal risk to the organization through proactive coaching, training and education, clear systems and processes for managing conflicts with and between employees, handling and investigating complaints of harassment/discrimination and other unjust practice allegations;
Lead the effective and efficient administration of the performance management process, making sure that the organization's managers are equipped to engage in constructive feedback and coaching, encourages staff to actively participate in identifying and addressing performance gaps in a legally compliant manner.
Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after initial engagement. Use financial acumen and analytical skills to provide insights and make decisions in support of the project completion and collaborate effectively with cross functional key stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate several projects and deliverables to deadline.

Collaborate on managing employment cost while making market based compensation decisions that are aligned with objectives and budgets.

Exhibit sound HR judgment with respect to integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
Proficient in current company-specific HR systems used (Workday, SAP, DocuSign, Neocase)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).
Relevant PHR and/or CaPHR HRCI required (Must be attained within 18 months of hire. Must maintain active certification after obtainment).
