Position Overview

Job Title: IPB Lending Regulatory Reporting

Corporate Title: Vice President

Overview

IPB Lending is focused on providing loan type products and traditional banking services to high net worth individuals and their trusts, partnerships, and wealth holding entities. You will work specifically with the residential lending COO team and its business partners across the institution (including finance, operations, and IT) to provide accurate and timely management and regulatory reporting. You will become a data subject matter expert that will be critical in the development of information technology and a data internal control program.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and validation of monthly and quarterly CCAR reg. reports and state regulatory reporting
  • Evaluate loans with credit risk (short sale, foreclosure, etc.)
  • The execution of the residential strategic reporting solution
  • Remediation of failed edit checks developing controls to mitigate those failures
  • Monthly collateral monitoring reports and ad hoc reporting for regulators and senior management
  • Monthly reporting of the commercial real estate portfolio info and monthly operational metrics reporting
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree: preferable areas of study may include computer science, management information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills to review end to end processes, identify control gaps and understand data from an IT and business perspective
  • Financial institution experience, exposure to residential and mortgage data processes is desirable but not necessary
  • Strong understanding of data governance and related controls
