Position Purpose

This position is responsible primarily for the maintenance of Jacksonville residential and STR properties.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance of properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate ongoing service and maintaining of property systems.
  • Support and assist with all proactive and reactive maintenance of all vehicles and boats.
  • Procure spares and replacement parts, as necessary.
  • Test and maintain the property's smart home systems (with Grassy Creek support team).
  • Complete property checklists.
  • Perform lawn care on property, as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate property maintenance subcontractors, as needed.
  • Perform on-property repairs including electrical, wood carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and landscaping.
  • Understand and utilize company software for daily and weekly updates and communication with the Asset Manager.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Asset Manager to schedule weekly tasks.
  • Support applicable development projects if/when all maintenance is up to date.
  • Assist with general tasks for properties, as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of labor/maintenance experience.
