Our client is looking for individuals who are also looking to make a difference in their jobs, for our customers, and to the world. We are looking to hire a key member of our IT team in Jacksonville, Florida or Houston, Texas.

The purpose of the IT Business Analyst role is to analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing, and human resources systems. An incumbent in this role represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. This role may be assigned to interface with and support one or more client organizations such as Finance, HR, Operations & Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Corporate Development, Legal, IT, Research & Development/Science & Technology, and other internal business partners and regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Finance/Controlling (FICO) experience

Controlling (CO) - Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems

Finance (FI) - General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Management

Treasury - Bank Statement Processing, Foreign Exchange

• Deep understanding of finance business operations, processes, and reporting with experience identifying, designing and recommending value-enhancing improvements with a focus on digital solutions
• Exposure or knowledge about Finance IT industry trends with the aptitude and desire to envision and lead the transformation from traditional to digital finance structure and reporting
• Global/Inter/Multi-national
• Experience with SaaS and Cloud Solutions

• Analytical and Troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis for complex issues and enhancements
• Works independently and collaboratively in a senior/lead role on all aspects of diverse research, analysis, design, support, and development of business solutions
• Develop functional and design specs
• Project Management Exposure and experience leading initiatives
• Microsoft Office Suite
