* Remote Position*
We are currently seeking an interim Senior Analyst. Transaction Management for one of our client-dedicated account teams.
Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Working with local brokers, we assist clients by defining space requirements, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions and negotiating lease and ownership terms on their behalf.
This position will report to senior account and client real estate leadership - and the individual will be involved in all aspects of the transaction management process.
A successful candidate must be articulate; completely detail-oriented, and have the ability to directly interface with key client representatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Our Analyst works primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects.
* Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NER and NPV cash flows
* Occasionally perform complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervision
* Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis
* Prepare detailed approval documents for client submission
* Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations and analyses, including Mid-Quarter Governance Check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Work directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues
* Review of lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts. Review other materials as part of the due diligence process
* Assist in preparing commission invoices and tracking transactions on web-based application
* Manage monthly financial reporting deliverables and yearly commission budgets, and communicate results to client leadership and account team.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related field required.
* Ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years commercial real estate experience
* Real estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
* Possesses fundamental understanding of real estate and lease terminology
* Experience with modeling complex occupancy scenarios, including multi-facility consolidations, metro plans and metro area consolidations is a plus
EDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
* Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
* Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), CoStar, Mapping Software, and the ability to master company specific database programs
* Familiar with Dealio, Market, PAT, Portfolio and other JLL technology tools and best practices
* Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
* Well-developed verbal and written communications and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
* Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
* Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
* Understanding of and commitment to client services
* A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
