Job description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position reports directly to the Director of IT and is responsible for providing technical assistance and supporting the ERP systems. The position will help ensure that no conflicts prevent targeted IT tasks from being completed on-time. Seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires strong verbal, written, organizational and analytical skills. The position will require limited domestic travel to our nationwide offices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Apply project coordination knowledge and skills to document, track, and report on the progress of all projects.
- Coordinate internal/external communications between individuals that play a key role in assigned projects.
- Participate in meetings and other activities that relate to IT planning.
- Provide support to all remote offices and maintain regular contact and follow up throughout any IT related issues.
- Support with any IT such as providing updates to issues, duties, responsibilities as assigned.
- Act as the team's point of contact, while assisting/maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Communicate between IT teams and other departments.
- Support the IT Help Desk with completing service requests
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Computer skills relevant to Microsoft O365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and industry related software.
- Server Administration
- Active Directory
- Office 365 and Teams Administration
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce with limited guidance.
- Willingness to assume increased responsibilities.
- Experience in business-related administrative support would be helpful
- Go Getter
