The Wealth Management Move Money Team (MMT) is responsible for processing all banking monetary transactions for MLWM Clients and their Financial Advisors/Client Associates. Associates will be asked to operate at a high level of efficiency while continuing to be extremely risk-minded.

MMT associates will be responsible for handling several high-risk monetary transactions daily. MMT associates must demonstrate high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. This team handles Wire callbacks, Wire Approvals, and Monetary case work including but not limited to Cashier Checks, Trustee to Trustee Transfers, Schedule Transfers, Funds Transfers and Account Closures.

Required Skills:

• Must be meeting or exceeding all goals and metrics
• Candidate cannot be on any form of written disciplinary action
• Must have a thorough understanding of risk mitigation while possessing the ability to identify emerging issues, assess risk, and make independent and/or collaborative decisions
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and time management
• Possess a sound understanding of processes in all aspects of our business and a thorough knowledge of all available resources
• Must have a history of displaying professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
• Proven ability to remain calm and effectively work in high stress situations
• Demonstrate a proven ability to navigate systems including but not limited to: INTERACT, SMARTS, SRP, CPV, BOSS/FAST, LEAN, TSS, BFT
• Must be flexible and dependable

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of current money movement systems and processes
• Ability to work in multiple functions throughout the day
• Working an extremely fast paced environment

Schedule: Must be flexible. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm EST.
