Job description

Levels, a rapidly growing company in the sports nutrition supplements space, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team full-time! The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and social engagement. This Social Media Specialist strategically generates, plans, and releases content for Levels' social media platforms. Responsible for increasing Levels brand awareness and online engagement through storytelling, communication skills, and creativity on social media.

Responsibilities

* Content Creation & Content Sourcing Plan and executes in-house content that falls under the Levels brand via social media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and Youtube) and blog; develops channel-specific social media content calendars; leads content brainstorms and works alongside the creative team (in-house and third parties) to develop and execute a content strategy.
* Influencer & Partner Outreach Identify potential new brand advocates and influencers to collaborate with in future campaigns or content.
* Daily Monitoring Day-to-day monitoring and engagement with all social comments/messages/posts. The Social Media Specialist will track daily and weekly performance of social media campaigns and content and report key metrics from each social media platform.
* Digital Marketing - Assist with various other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

* 2+ years of professional social media experience required
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
* Preferred but not required: experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), supplements, food/beverage, beauty, or OTC pharmaceutical industry
* Experience with social media channels and trends
* Experience using social media management tools
* Strong written and grammatical skills
* Eager to help out when and where needed and must have a curiosity to learn about the business/industry
* The ability to self-start and be resourceful
