We are seeking a Specialist, Program Manager to join our facility in West Palm Beach, Florida.
In this role, you will be the Program Manager for various air breathing hypersonic programs. Additional responsibilities will be to interface with various Weapon System Contractor (WSC) primes with a focus on developing new business opportunities in hypersonic missile and ISR/Strike systems.

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each):
Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Duties include:
60% - Provides strategic direction for systems, projects and programs in area of expertise which includes defining and controlling program scope, overall schedules and budgets. Prepares and executes master schedules including milestones, writes program plans with special emphasis on critical path. Interacts with other personnel to ensure successful execution of program requirements. Serves as primary point of contact with customers regarding program status, performance, technical questions, etc.
30% - Support the financial aspects of assigned programs, including all EVMS requirements, program budgeting, and forecasting. Participates in forecast of awards/margins and sales/profit for assigned programs.
10% - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and nine (9) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated abilities in team building, leadership and delegation skills to achieve project goals. Experience in leading, encouraging and reviewing work of supporting team members to maximize program success. Demonstrated ability to define and negotiate task objectives, scope description and completion criteria for operational activities. Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously and to make real time plan adjustments. Must be proficient in typical office computer programs for the conduct of program management such as MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word. Previous experience on similar programs a plus.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Employees in these positions must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to sit and to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; may occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds; may require minimal walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and/or bending; and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. Position will require travel by air or auto. It will require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. This position may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities. This position will require the ability to Travel by Air Carrier and/or by Ground Vehicle.
