Voloridge Investment Management is a rapidly growing, fast-pace quantitative investment management firm based in Jupiter, FL managing over $7B in assets. We are seeking a talent acquisition recruiter to help meet the immediate demand for top technical talent in Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Architects, Research Analysts, and Data Scientists.

Summary of Job Functions

* Working with the Hiring Managers and Human Resources develop a recruiting strategy
* Leverage your experience to source and establish new resources for top technical talent
* Develop relationships with Engineering groups and Universities
* Build and develop marketing strategy to attract leading edge talent
* Create and improve technical job advertisements
* Source and maintain recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed
* Proactively communicate with hiring mangers
* Screen potential candidates, oversee testing, review candidates for minimum job qualifications and potential cultural fit of the future team
* Create and/or locate national math and/or computer science competitions to establish a technical forum to identify candidates
* Conduct reference checks on job applicants
* Inform job applicants of details such as benefits, schedules, working conditions, or culture

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelors' degree in related field preferred
* Experience in Technical Recruiting
* In-house corporate recruiting experience highly desirable The ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Jupiter, FL

Preferred Skills and Previous Experience General Skills / Experience

* Sufficient technical knowledge to effectively communicate with technical talent, especially
* with regard to:
* Math & statistics
* Programming & software development

* PHR/SPHR Certification
* Proficient Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
